SESTO FIORENTINO, Italy – Conti Valerio Srl kicks off the holiday season with a bang, unveiling the futuristic Mignon Factory: a cutting-edge production facility exclusively devoted to crafting their latest generation of compact, high-performance coffee grinders, designed with prosumer needs in mind. Situated next to the showroom inaugurated last June – an innovative multifunctional space attracting coffee professionals and enthusiasts from around the world – the Mignon Factory is another milestone in the company’s ambitious growth plan, which aims to double the size of the historic Sesto Fiorentino plant and establish a new Tuscan “grinder valley” just outside Florence.

“This investment allows Conti Valerio to target both home coffee lovers and professionals seeking a perfect set of equipment for their specialty offer,” explains Maurizio Fiorani, CEO of Conti Valerio. “Professional performance, combined with its compact size, has made the Mignon line the best-selling benchmark in the global prosumer segment. Germany, North America, the UK and the Middle East—markets where the Eureka brand is already an established trendsetter – will be our key focus areas.”

Currently available in over 20 variations designed to meet the preferences and needs of diverse markets, the Mignon line has plenty to offer: from ultra-automated, lightning-fast performance to simplified models ideal for a slower grind. Lately, this line has experienced a remarkable surge in demand, especially from e-commerce platforms.

“The desire to recreate the café experience at home has been skyrocketing since the early days of COVID,” adds Fiorani. “This led to a surge in demand for equipment tailored for home coffee corners. It’s a trend that, to some extent, has reached Italy too, and we’ve been able to foresee it, thanks to our long-standing commitment to investing in technology and performance.”

What better way to celebrate the new Factory than by dedicating its production lines to three new models? Now available on the market – after their remarkable success at the World of Coffee in Copenhagen last June. Both flagship brands of the Florentine company – Eureka 1920 and Eureka ORO – can now boast three new additions: the Libra 65 All Purpose, the Zero 65 All Purpose and the Single Dose Pro. This marks a further key step forward in technological innovation, culminating in improved grinding versatility, total retention reduction and zero waste. Let’s take a closer look:

Mignon Libra 65 All Purpose (EUREKA 1920)

This is the perfect choice for those who want to combine superior grind quality with the possibility of using all brewing methods. Equipped with a patented built-in weighing system and 65 mm burrs designed for both espresso and filter coffee, it is engineered to provide precise and consistent doses. It combines versatility with advanced grinding quality, catering to every coffee type – from specialty brews to classic Italian espresso.

Mignon Zero 65 All Purpose (EUREKA 1920)

A high-quality, single-dose coffee grinder at a competitive price, designed for all brewing methods – from espresso to filter coffee. Its Ultra Low Retention technology and the innovative Blind burrs (hole-free design) reduce retention to just a fraction of a gram. Finally, usability reaches new heights with the “King-Size” adjustment knob, which features a built-in counter for precise and intuitive grinding settings.

Mignon Single Dose Pro (EUREKA ORO)

Part of the premium Eureka ORO lineup, the Mignon Single Dose Pro stands out as a top-tier solution for single-dose grinding, catering to consumers who value design, high-quality materials and exceptional grinding performance. The innovative Ø 65 mm blind screwless burrs reduce coffee retention by up to 70% compared to the previous Mignon Single Dose. The result is minimal residue retention, which is closer than ever to ZERØ.
