BRUSSELS, Belgium – The European Vending Experience “EVEX 2016” will very soon bring all sectors of the vending and Office Coffee Service (OCS) industry together in the French Riviera, offering participants a range of unique networking opportunities, cultural activities and a commercial exhibition.
EVEX 2016, incorporating the European Vending Association (EVA) AGM, is organised in collaboration with the French Vending Association (NAVSA), with the key venue being the InterContinental Carlton Hotel, a legendary Palace and one of the symbols of the Côte d’Azur.
The EVA Annual General Assembly Meeting itself will be held on the 24th November along with the first of 3 exciting Conferences.
The first conference, “Micromarkets: a successful business concept” by Joseph Hessling (365 Retail Markets) & Michael Coffey (Canteen) aims to inform participants of strategies in how to evolve their businesses in this area.
A second Conference on the 25th November with the theme “Service robotics and the impact on the lives of consumers” will be delivered by Bruno Bonnell, an entrepreneur and advisor to the French Government.
The final conference will be delivered by Huib Van Bockel, former Head of Marketing at Red Bull Europe, on “How to be innovative, offer new tastes and conquer new consumers in a social era.” Live interpretation throughout the Conferences will be provided in English, French and Spanish.
A number of organised cultural activities will provide an interesting background for networking on the 24th afternoon, prior to a Gala dinner in the evening featuring live music, and where an EVEX 2016 prize for industry innovation will be awarded.
A wealth of entries have been received for this coveted award, demonstrating the excellent forward thinking by many in the sector and the difficult decision to be made in the next weeks by the jury.
A large and varied attendance of industry players is once again expected, and we are delighted that an international range of participants, including many operators, have already registered.
The EVA and NAVSA have created a dedicated website to provide information about the Event and allow participants to register. A link to the registration website and further details can be found on the EVA Events page here. The registration website will close on 16th November.
Real time updates and information throughout the event will be provided in the dedicated EVEX 2016 mobile application (downloadable from the Apple AppStore and Google Play), which also allows participants to contact each other directly. Participants are also encouraged to use the official event hashtag on twitter: #EVEX2016.
