VALBREMBO, Italy – Evoca presents Breasy 3.0, the new release of the Newis selection and payment App, available since Saturday, November 23. The updates are truly significant.The user interface has been completely redesigned: the new look of Breasy 3.0 offers a modern and intuitive design, optimised for compatibility with new devices and software updates.

For more advanced customisation, all the app menus and access functionalities have been simplified, with integrated registration and login procedures using biometric recognition.
The user experience is even more practical: in-app communications have been enhanced with notifications, a new assistance and support area, and the possibility of leaving reviews at the end of product delivery.

The loyalty program to encourage customer retention

Integration with Apple Pay and Google Pay makes digital payments more convenient and secure.

Breasy 3.0 also allows the activation of a Loyalty Program offering cashback, discounts, and incentives to reward the most loyal customers.

In particular, users can receive cashback after completing a certain number of transactions – or reaching a specified amount in euros and number of top-ups – a discount for using a promotional code and, on their birthday, a free product or a discount on their purchase, valid for one week.

A new dashboard for operators

An advanced dashboard gives operators a quick overview of performance, tracking key KPIs and allowing filtering by period, location, machine, payment type, and users. Through Breasy’s web portal, operators can view all customer reviews to improve their service.
Additionally, the dedicated Technical Support area provides detailed information on the user’s device and the possibility of refunds in case of verified issues. A new feature is also available to generate an expense report in PDF format by selecting transactions from the list.
