UCC Coffee UK & Ireland is set to showcase some of the most innovative products on the coffee market at this year’s Casual Dining.

Returning to the Business Design Centre in London on 25-26 February, the show caters specifically to the business needs of casual dining operators (including multiple and independent pubs, bars, and restaurants).

The event will feature 180 exhibitors showcasing a comprehensive choice of food and drink, equipment, interior design, furniture, technology and table top.

From market-leading machines and brewing equipment, to single origin coffee and blends from its THREESIXTY range, UCC Coffee’s team of specialist baristas will be exhibiting everything operators need to create a profitable coffee offer

“With demand for quality coffee continuing to drive the growth of the UK coffee market, competition has never been so fierce.

No longer the sole product of specialist cafés and coffee shops, consumers are increasingly expecting high quality barista-style coffee across the whole of the eating out market; providing the food-to-go sector with a prime opportunity to increase its profit potential”, says Bradley Journet-Robbins, regional business manager, UCC Coffee UK & Ireland.

Bradley continues: “We’re all about the coffee, so at the show we’re going to be putting on a complete coffee experience. Central to this is our Brew Bar where we’ll be hosting regular coffee tastings and guiding visitors through different filter coffee brew methods.

“We work with some of the best equipment partners in the industry and so we’re also going to be showing off the latest additions to our range including the new Nuova Simonelli Mythos One grinder, which has taken the barista community by storm.

Featuring unique Clima-Pro technology, the grinder has been developed to boost speed of service, efficiency and consistency through temperature regulation, which produces exceptional shots of espresso. So, visit us on the stand for a coffee and find out how we can help make coffee even bigger business.”
