BANGKOK, Thailand – Expat. Roasters announces that its esteemed team of baristas will be representing Indonesia in the highly anticipated ASEAN Barista Team Championship 2024, set to take place in Bangkok, Thailand, on March 7-8, 2024. The competition will be held at THAIFEX HOREC ASIA 2024, Impact, Muang Thong Thai, Bangkok, Thailand, and will feature a series of challenging rounds including Elimination, Quarter-Semi Final, Semi Final, and Final Rounds.

Expat. Roasters will be represented by Yande J. Wirawan, I Putu Mahendra Putra, Paula Adinda Agustina Saputri Ngouth, and Dinda Ayu Rizki, as they showcase their expertise, craft, and creativity in various coffee beverage categories such as Long Black, Caffe Latte, Cappuccino, Piccolo Latte, Filter Coffee, and more, including the creation of signature beverages.
Under the guidance of Yande J. Wirawan, Expat. Roasters Training Manager & Brand Ambassador, and the leadership of Shae Macnamara, Expat. Roasters Founder and CEO, the team is poised to demonstrate their skills under pressure, delivering fast service and excellent presentation while maintaining quality and accuracy – essential qualities in the world of coffee.

Wiryawan won 3rd place in the Regional Indonesia Barista Championship 2018 and was a Slayer Steam Latteart SmackDown Melbourne Australia 2017 finalist, Meanwhile Paula Adinda Agustina Saputri Ngouth won 7th place in Indonesia Latte Art Championship 2023, 1st Runner Up Coffee & Latte Art Indonesia Bezzera Championship 2022, and 1st Place in Latte Art Championship Ubud Festival 2023; and Dinda Ayu Rizki won the 3rd Winner Barista Challenge 2016 – Regional Jakarta.
