MILAN, Italy – On Tuesday, March 31, the fourth and final International Participants Meeting takes place at the MiCo Congress Center in Milan, providing one last opportunity to meet and exchange information before the official opening of Expo Milano 2015.
The focus of this session is on the operations and logistics of Expo Milano 2015, along with the component parts of the Visitor Experience.
Expo Milano 2015 is the result of a coordinated effort by all its participants, and special emphasis will be placed on the key tasks to be completed by the opening date.
Immediately following this session, the meeting of the Communication Officers takes place which will focus on media accreditation and access to the Expo Milano 2015 Site.
Previous sessions of the International Participants Meeting
The first International Participants Meeting of Expo 2015 was held October 25 to 27, 2011 on Lake Como, and was where the innovative concept for the Universal Exposition was first presented.
The Second International Participants meeting was held October 10 to 12, 2012 in Milan, where this concept was further developed with the new content being presented.
It was attended by representatives of 109 nations who received the details needed to begin to design, plan and organize their presence in Milan.
The third session was held October 2 to 4, 2013 in Turin. Here the 115 participants received detailed information in order to finalize their presence at Expo, allowing them to offer an excellent Visitor Experience to all.
