LONDON, UK – Gruppo Cimbali, leader in the design and production of professional machines for coffee and fresh milk drinks and café equipment, is taking part in the London Coffee Festival with products from its Faema and Slayer brands. The London Coffee Festival returns for its tenth anniversary from 23-26 September 2021, providing a great opportunity to celebrate the vibrant London and international coffee scene.

A special event where producers, coffee professionals, consumers and coffee lovers can enjoy tastings, workshops and roasting of coffees from a whole host of origins, as well as demonstrations by the world’s best baristas.

During the event, visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the latest in the world of coffee, including products, trends and innovations. Gruppo Cimbali is back at the forefront of the UK coffee scene with three exhibition areas: a Slayer stand, a Faema stand and an area dedicated to Faema’s latest arrival, Faemina, an espresso machine designed for the home environment.

The heart of the Faema exhibition area will be the President GTI, officially presented on this occasion to the UK market and official sponsor of the Coffee Masters, a competition dedicated to the country’s best baristas, who will compete on a President machine fully customised for the occasion.

The President GTI is a professional espresso machine with a wide range of customisation options. Its unique and highly technological design give any space a strong identity, ensuring the highest quality in the cup. Thanks to its independent coffee boilers, the President boasts total thermal stability, which is essential for preparing different types of coffee and a variety of recipes.

Also new this year is the stand dedicated to Faemina. Launched during Milan Design Week and designed by ItalDesign, Faemina is an espresso machine dedicated to the home premium segment, but it also offers the ideal solution for small businesses such as boutiques, shops, concept stores, bistros and in all those places where the core business is not coffee.

A product with an elegant and minimalist design which can be customised to suit the style of the environment in which it is installed: each customer can choose from a range of different finishes so as to have a truly unique machine that fits in perfectly with their environment.

The Faemina machine provides the professional performance ensured by Faema’s experience, thanks to which consumers can enjoy a superior quality coffee experience, even at home.

During the festival, the Faema and Faemina stands will be hosted by several local roasters: Wolfox, Beans Coffee, Perky Blenders, Caravan Coffee Roasters, as well as Lavazza 1895.

Slayer will also have the presence at LCF with its own exhibition space with the display of Slayer’s complete range of iconic products: from the Espresso Single Group to the Steam EP and LP. For over ten years, Slayer has been handcrafting professional coffee machines with uncompromising performance and unrivalled design, offering the touch of luxury to the art of coffee.

Crafted by coffee people for coffee people, Slayer offers Espresso line – the ultimate coffee professional’s tools and Steam line – the optimal solution for the high-volume business. In partnership with Global Coffee School, Allegra’s unique educational platform for coffee professionals, Slayer is unveiling a course of four episodes, capturing the key insights into the Slayer Espresso Single Group, Steam EP and LP. The course will be available on the platform of Global Coffee School.

Every day, the lab will offer the public interesting content on the home bar trend, technologies and recipes, through speeches and tastings.
On display in the lab area is a Slayer Espresso Single Group and an E61, an iconic product that is still one of the best interpreters of signature coffee and whose 60th anniversary is being celebrated this year.
