PARIS, France – Gruppo Cimbali, one of the main manufacturers of professional machines for coffee and milk drinks and café equipment, took part in Le Paris Café Festival from 29-31 October, with products from its Faema and Slayer brands.

A special event dedicated to all its aspects of coffee culture, at which producers, coffee professionals, consumers and coffee lovers can enjoy exhibitions, workshops, tastings and cultural events.

Gruppo Cimbali took part in the Le Paris Café Festival with a stand dedicated to Slayer (Stand 20) with the Slayer Espresso Single Group and Slayer Steam LPx.

The Faema stand (Stand 36) was exclusively dedicated to Faema’s latest arrival, Faemina, the espresso machine and more, designed for the home environment.

Launched during Milan Design Week and designed by ItalDesign Giugiaro, Faemina is a premium espresso machine dedicated to the home segment, but it also offers the ideal solution for small businesses such as boutiques, shops, concept stores, bistros and in all those places where the core business is not coffee.

A product with an elegant and minimalist design, which can be customised to suit the style of the environment in which it is installed: each customer can choose from a range of different finishes so as to have a unique machine that fits in perfectly with their environment.

The Faemina machine provides the professional performance ensured by Faema’s experience, thanks to which consumers can enjoy a superior quality coffee experience, even at home. The machine features a diverse menu ranging from espresso to brewing, and from cappuccino to infusions and herbal teas made using the integrated softening filter.

The machine is accompanied by the new Faema Touch and Match home/prosumer grinder. The grinder features an easy-to-use touch display, manual grind adjustment and extremely quiet grinding. It also allows adjustment in line with the beverages offered by Faemina, so you can grind coffee for espresso and filter coffee.

During the festival, the Faema stand featured a number of activities, including making sessions for gourmet beverages, filter coffee (V60 / Kalita / Origami) and coffee cocktails. The stand also hosted the fair’s espresso bar.

The Slayer brand has its own exhibition space dedicated to the iconic products of American origin: from the Espresso Single Group, a real must for those who want to keep up with the latest trends in the world of coffee, to the Slayer Steam LPx. For ten years, Slayer has been handcrafting high-end coffee machines, bringing luxury to the art of coffee: a dream come true for those seeking flavour profiling with the addition of programmable pre-infusion and repeatability functions.

Slayer hosted major brand ambassadors of the coffee industry at its stand: Louis Redon, Barista Champion 2019, Slayer Ambassador France, Dimitri GRODWOHL (@dimitrigrodwohl), and Barista Hustle Coach & Coffee Roaster (Oven Heaven Coffee).

The programme of activities at Le Paris Café Festival is as follows:

Friday 29th October: 1.45 p.m. – 2.15 p.m.: Latte Workflow
Saturday 30th October: 12.15 p.m. – 12.45 p.m.: Latte Workflow
Sunday 31st October: 10.45 a.m. – 11.15 a.m.: Louis Redon – Barista Champion 2019

Thanks to its independent boilers, the President is characterised by absolute thermal stability.
