LONDON, UK – This year Faema will once again be present at the London Coffee Festival, Europe’s most important coffee-themed event, taking place from 6 to 9 April.
The Gruppo Cimbali brand returns to the evocative setting of the Old Truman Brewery on London’s Brick Lane, with a stand (number G24) entirely dedicated to the true art of coffee art and one of its best interpreters, the Faema E71.
In particular, Faema will sponsor the Coffee Masters™, a contest to decide the most skilful baristas from across the world.
Entrants will compete in a series of categories, working on the Faema E71, the coffee machine created to meet the needs of the barista community and coffee lovers alike.
On 6th and 7th April, Faema also presents a programme of workshops and tasting session in The Lab.
This fascinating series of demonstrations on the E71 will enable Faema, the best interpreter of master coffee artists, to show off the latest addition to its family to an audience of baristas.
On both demonstration days (Thursday at 11.30 AM, Friday at 2.30 PM) a trainer from the Mumac Academy will hold a class called “Blooming On The E71: Performing The Infusion In Two Steps”, to show how the Faema E71 makes it possible to split the pre-infusion phase into two stages – which means superlative in-cup quality.
