What makes the new F83 E SENSE truly unique is the innovative SENSE technology, developed to deliver extremely precise and consistent weighing.
Thanks to a floating load cell integrated into the fork, the grinder ensures decigram-level accuracy regardless of external conditions. Even uneven or vibrating surfaces won’t affect its precision, thanks to an advanced floating scale system that shields the grinder from shocks and external interference.
Enhancing the user experience is a large, full-color touchscreen display, designed to make every operation simple and intuitive. Baristas can easily set doses (single, double, and triple), monitor real-time statistics, and keep track of burr status through an interactive dashboard. Two dispensing modes are available: Direct Mode for instant grinding, and Master Mode, which recognizes the portafilter and automatically recalls the desired dose.
The F83 E SENSE and its variant F83 E PRO SENSE feature 83 mm flat burrs made of M340 stainless steel, designed and manufactured in-house by Fiorenzato. The Dark-T® carbon-based coating, with a diamond-like structure, ensures a more uniform grind and longer lifespan than standard burrs, making it a solid solution for high-volume operations. With 650 watts of power, it can handle up to 7–8 kg of coffee per day, making it ideal even for high-consumption cafés while maintaining top performance during peak times.
The PRO version adds another benefit: an easily removable grinding chamber that drastically simplifies cleaning and maintenance, without affecting the grind setting. The practical quick-release system allows easy access to the inside of the grinder, minimizing service interruptions and ensuring a smoother workflow.
The new line comes in a range of elegant finishes: Matte Black, Glossy Black, Nardò Grey, Classic Grey, Pearl White, Arctic White, and Glossy Red, blending seamlessly with any setting in style.
