ORLAND, FL, U.S. — Foxtail Coffee Co. today announced plans to open a new café in the University of Central Florida Bookstore, which is operated by Barnes & Noble College.
The Foxtail Café will offer students, faculty and the UCF community an assortment of food and beverages, including locally roasted coffee, traditional beverages, and a full menu of fresh foods including vegan options and items from local partners.
Foxtail will also serve its world famous Cold Brew, made through a process in which ground coffee beans are steeped in cold water for up to 24 hours.
“We are thrilled to bring fresh coffee from all over the world to the UCF Bookstore,” said Alex Tchekmeian, Foxtail Co-Founder.
“We look forward to becoming engrained in the UCF community, serving students and faculty as they stop by to study or meet friends, or as they pass through on their way to class.”
Construction of the café is currently underway, and the location is slated to open in August 2018.
“Foxtail will be a great addition to our vibrant UCF Bookstore,” said Brian Stark, Vice President of Stores, Barnes & Noble College. “We are excited to bring this new concept to our café, further enhancing the Bookstore’s role as both a social and academic hub on campus.”
Foxtail also has locations in downtown Orlando, Altamonte Springs, and more. For more information, visit www.foxtailcoffee.com.
