BIRMINGHAN, UK – Fracino managing director, Adrian Maxwell (PICTURE), has motivated and inspired emerging talent and business owners in his keynote presentation at a Global Entrepreneurship Festival.
Hosted by Coventry University, the four-day conference aimed to educate and encourage entrepreneurs and start-ups to take their business to the next level and beyond.
The MD received a wealth of positive feedback from his keynote which outlined his journey and achievements at the UK’s only manufacturer of espresso machines.
The former Rolls-Royce engineer, who brought world-class manufacturing techniques to Fracino when he joined in 1987, launched an international trade arm from scratch in 2008. Since then the business has posted year-on-year growth and now EXPORTS to over 70 countries worldwide.
Donna Preece at Coventry University Social Enterprise, said: “The Festival provided an ideal networking and learning platform for attendees to learn from business leaders who have faced the highs and lows to win through.
“Adrian’s inspirational talk made a huge impact on our audience, encouraging businesspeople across many sectors. It was tremendous to hear the instrumental role he played in powering Fracino to a multi-award winning global brand.”
Adrian said: “Sustaining the pipeline of entrepreneurial talent is critical for the sustained success of businesses across all sectors. I was encouraged and inspired by the wealth of emerging talent who are hungry to learn and succeed.”
2017 has been a formative year for Fracino which last month celebrated the expansion of its state-of-the-art showroom – a milestone in its multi-million pound innovation and investment programme.
The manufacturer was also recently crowned Business of the Year in the Birmingham Awards, which celebrate and showcase the dynamic contribution of the city’s companies and individuals.
