PARIS, France – Introduced five years ago by the French Artisan Coffee Roasters the Coffee Roasting Days have again attracted many visitors on March 18-19t, featuring a long list of participating coffee shops and coffeehouses from all over France.
Many coffee aficionados were also queuing in Hippolyte Courty’s tiny shop “L’Arbre à Café” in Paris, located in the pedestrian zone between the Opera House and the Stock Exchange.
