Bio of Enrico Sclavo
I am 36 years old and graduated in Mechanical Engineering. Of the 11 years of working experience I have spent six years in the electromechanical and lighting field in charge of commercial development for Italian agencies and foreign subsidiaries.
For the last five years I have been working in the Vending / Ho.Re.Ca/ OCS market in charge of market analytics and, especially, of key accounts and large roasters for whom I have been involved in developing commercial projects and some new machines.
With Franke CS, I found a very solid company, made by resolute and positive people, really proud of their company and its projects: one of these project is to strengthen the Franke CS presence in Italy.
What I have in common with Franke Coffee Systems is that both are sure that the Italian professional market is ready to accept the change for premium-class fully-automatic machines; our target is to expand this niche to a larger business.
It’s certainly a big bet – however, being a mountain-lover, I can say I’m ready to climb this new challenge!
