A good pack should facilitate either the distribution process or the final consumption and make the product look more attractive and easy. This is particularly true for coffee and coffee capsules which is the modern and good looking concept of making coffee at home. Bisioprogetti (a Guala Group Company) has been facing this growing market, thanks to its more than 25 years old know-how in mould manufacturing and packaging research. Many years ago Bisioprogetti started to produce its first capsule. The first projects to worked on were custom. The first own product to be launches is the click capsule made by Bisioprogetti, which still has an enormous success. It is compatible to Nespresso Machine and it is based on a special technology studied for best preserving coffee’s aroma and taste. The capsule has two different patents, one for its unique activation design and the other for its sealing system. The cap activates by needle and water pressure thanks to the click-clack top of it, while its sealing system was designed to avoid water leak out of the coffee machine. One of the future product to come out very shortly will be the Oxygen Barrier Capsule, which combines the application of Polyester with the patented design for coffee cap made by Bisioprogetti. The evolution of Oxygen Barrier Cap is therefor, in the rigid and resistant material employed: Polyester is demonstrated as one of the best performers in preventing the oxygen from penetrating the capsule. The key factor of The Oxygen Barrier cap is it insulates with no need of other packs. It is able to protect coffee from the external agents and oxygen. It is an excellent solution to reduce overpackaging and elimate the pouch that envelopes the capsules, so they can be set directly into the final box. As for the first model launched, the Oxygen Barrier Cap will have 3 openings and it is particularly suggested for different beverages desired: coffee, hot chocolate, tea, infusion.
