MILAN – Scott Patterson, who plays Luke’s Diner owner Luke Danes on on Gilmore Girls, has decided to launch his own brand of coffee. Throughout the show’s seven seasons, and last year’s Netflix revival, his character could be seen pouring endless cups of coffee for the show’s caffeine addicted leading ladies, Lorelai and Rory Gilmore.
Scott, who played the grumpy coffee shop owner for 15 years, has revealed that it’s not just his on-screen alter-ego who knows how to make a good cuppa.
Speaking to WealthManagement.com he said: “Quality coffee is something that I am obsessed with. It’s the thing I look forward to every morning and throughout the day and throughout the evening and now throughout the middle of the night.”
Scott played Luke from 2000 to 2007, and reprised his role for the 2016 hotly-anticipated revival.
