UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J., U.S – De’Longhi Group NA, owner of premium household products under three internationally renowned brands De’Longhi, Kenwood and Braun, announces its partnership with media powerhouse company iHeartMedia New York to help spread awareness for Cookies for Kids’ Cancer.

To reach coffee-lovers during their commute, at the office, or while they enjoy their nightly cup at home, De’Longhi is bringing its expertise in premium coffee products to Z100 and their entire community of listeners.

Through the partnership, listeners will be treated to holiday entertaining tips and exclusive content curated by the experts in home entertaining and premium kitchen appliance design and innovation, De’Longhi Group NA.

In addition, De’Longhi will celebrate this year’s holiday season by giving back to benefit Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, the national non-profit organization dedicated to funding research for safer, more effective treatments for pediatric cancer, the #1 disease killer of children in the U.S.

With “De’Longhi Days of Giving,” starting from November 29th through December 20th, De’Longhi will donate 10% of its delonghi.us sales site-wide to Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, with a final donation presented live on-air on Z100 on December 22.

The charitable drive will be promoted on-air and through social and digital content from all three organizations. Fans are encouraged to donate and learn more about this important cause by visiting www.cookiesforkidscancer.org and www.delonghi.us, or by using the hashtag #DaysofGiving.

We all know the familiar saying, ‘home is where the heart is,’ and there’s no time this resonates more than during the holidays,” said Cookies for Kids’ Cancer founder Gretchen Holt Witt.

“The support of De’Longhi, the global leaders in home appliances, along with Z100 during their holiday charitable giving drive means twice as much – thanks to our Challenge Gift Campaign, where every dollar raised in support of Cookies for Kids’ Cancer now through December 31st will be matched, dollar for dollar, up to $250,000.”

De’Longhi & Z100 are teaming up to share holiday entertaining tips this season, sharing recipes, party planning tricks and other useful content on-air and on social media.

De’Longhi is known for its expertise in the art of espresso made simple – so listeners looking for the perfect after-dinner espresso drink or morning pick me up will rejoice in discovering the De’Longhi Dedica Pump Espresso Machine, a traditional espresso and cappuccino experience in a sleek ultra-compact design.

Those looking for a simpler way to barista-quality beverages will look no further than the De’Longhi Magnifica S Cappuccino Smart fully automatic cappuccino machine, allowing the user to design their espresso experience in one touch with the select & brew control panel, 2x function and integrated milk carafe for cappuccino and latte.

Listeners looking to cook for a larger family or entertain for the holidays will be delighted with the new compact countertop De’Longhi Livenza Oven that can roast, broil or bake your favorites including a whole chicken, pizza and cookies with the precision of a conventional convection oven.

Sharing a deliciously prepared cup of cappuccino or coffee is better with friends. The hosts of Z100 and other iHeart shows are our friends – we drive with them daily, they make us laugh and we know all about their lives,” said Maria Colon, VP of Marketing for De’Longhi Group.

“We think this is a perfect partnership to bring those relationships between hosts and listeners even closer together over a cup of morning coffee, and iHeart is the perfect outlet with strong ties to the community to spread the message of charitable gift giving this season.”

In addition to the charitable drive, De’Longhi is supplying Elvis Duran and the Morning Show with their daily caffeine fix. There will be De’Longhi Espresso machines, as well as De’Longhi, Braun and Kenwood kitchen appliances, placed in the Z100 studio for all personalities to enjoy.

“While you might not be able to see it, our radio hosts are fueled by coffee everyday – and our De’Longhi partnership has really elevated our morning routine,” said Ray Tejeda, Vice President, Z100.

“We are so excited to kick things off with De’Longhi and know that the delicious eats and brews we get to create with their beautifully designed products will no doubt make for an exciting 2016 holiday season!”

The partnership will reach millions of listeners in the New York tri-state area with the Elvis Duran and the Morning Show personality Bethany Watson who is leading the caffeinated charge with posts and content on air and across social channels.
