MONTREAL, QUEBEC, Canada – Non-governmental organisations in Caribbean America have been working to develop more robust partnerships and co-operations amongst Member States of the United Nations and the African Caribbean Pacific – European Union Parliamentary Assembly, which has increased the financial aid options available to them for new development and expansion of active projects needing additional funding.
Archbishop Emmanuel St. Louis, Founder and President at Concile Mondial de Congrès Diplomatiques des Aumônier pour la Paix Universelle des Droits Humains et Juridiques (CMOCDAPUNDHJ), an International Member Organisation in Special Consultative Status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council comments, “We must hold faith and recognise the presence of He and His angels during our Mission for humanity and preservation of our world and His creations within it.

CMOCDAPUNDHJ remains committed to philanthropy, as a newly admitted participant at the United Nations Global Compact, in addition to civil society organisations as ECCO2 Jamaica and ECCO2 Haiti; both affiliated to ECCO2 Global Partners.
During the month of November in 2013 non-governmental organisations as Agence Haitien de Développement Social, Educatif et Environnementale (AHDSEE) and Environmental Control of Carbon Dioxide Jamaica (ECCO2 Jamaica) were recognised in the media for their association with partnerships with national governments within the West Indies, which will create several job opportunities, enhance public education to West Indian civilians, and increase export trading of ‘cash crops’, as coffee and other agricultural goods to foreign private and public sectors in the Americas, Asia-Oceania, Middle East, and Europe seeking the benefits of conducting business in the newly appointed Duty-Free Trading Zones.
United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change COP19/CMP9 Conference in Warsaw, Poland had concluded on November 22, 2013 and left many NGOs and observers with variable feedback and afterthoughts of the progress being made to support expectations for Post-2015 Millennium Development Goals and other treaties or agreements established to maintain a path of guidance for United Nations members and affiliates.
