Segafredo Zanetti, Segafredo Zanetti Coffee System and Segafredo Zanetti Espresso Worldwide are attending Alimentaria 2014 which is taking place in Barcelona from March 31st to April 3rd.Alimentaria, at his 20th edition, it is a tradeshow that takes place in Spain and in Portugal alternatively every year, and it is one of the most important European Venue in the Food & Beverage business.
Alimentaria 2014 has doubled its efforts to attract buyers from all over the world, especially from Asia, United States and Latin America, as well as from Europe. Firms from over 50 countries are participating, making Alimentaria a leading international event.
Alimentaria 2014 is launching The Alimentaria Experience, an innovative and interactive culinary show that feature over 40 chefs that hold 50 Michelin stars between them. The list includes, Joan Roca, Carme Ruscalleda, Pedro Subijana and Martín Berasategu.
Alimentaria is divided into 14 specialist shows with the latest in each sector: wines, meat, oils, restaurants, beverages, sweets. organic products, preserves, frozen foods. It is also increasing options in specialities such as cocktails, breads and pizza & pasta. Splitting the fair split into 14 shows makes it practical and effective for visitors
For the 2014’s edition, 180.000 visitors are expected, together with 5.000 exhibitors on a 100.000 Sq. meter net surface.
