Gravitech goes to Constanta. After the global launch in Seattle, on May 25th (3pm) Gravitech, patented gravimetric technology from Victoria Arduino, flies to Constanta (Romania) at Crazy Cafè. Here the VA388 Black Eagle espresso machine will demonstrate how easy it is to make a quality, consistent and above all sustainable espresso.
These are the three strengths of Gravitech, a technology that allows the barista to develop the relationship with each customer even more, making them happy by offering a real coffee experience while reducing preparation time and waste.
About Gravitech
The Gravimetric technology installed in the VA388 Black Eagle gives total control with utmost precision for all the stages of extraction.
The barista just has to set the weight of the liquid in the cup for each blend. Simple, right? In this way each espresso coffee can be made with the same ratio and thus produce a consistent brew.
With gravimetric technology the weight of the extracted liquid is measured directly in the cup. The information is therefore much more precise and is not particularly affected by other factors, such as the shape of the filter, the tamping force on the coffee, the condition of the shower heads and more.
The barista always has full control of each delivery, the quantity in the cup is pre-programmed and resolves any difference between one delivery and another.
In conjunction with the Mythos One grinder, the VA388 Black Eagle Gravitech radically reduces the coffee wasted, offering a solution to the question of profitability for the coffee shop.
Ensuring a consistent result, also thanks to a grinder strong in technology that ensures stable doses and a better quality of espresso extraction, Gravitech guarantees the barista the same amount of liquid in the cup.
The barista is then sure to offer a quality espresso every time and pay greater attention to the relationship with their customers.
With Gravitech “barista can do what he wants whenever he wants,” said James Hoffmann, 2007 WBC Champion.
