Gruppo Cimbali and SPAR
Celebrating the 90th anniversary of SPAR, an international group of independently owned and operated retailers and wholesalers, their Congress is an event dedicated to their partners.
For over 20 years, SPAR and Gruppo Cimbali have united over a common passion: coffee. Together, they have withstood the global pandemic and the unpredictable events of recent years.
During the show, there will be the CENSA Coffee-to-Go and the SPAR Coffee-to-Go corners. Each area will be highlighting La Cimbali’s newest S30, and S15 super automatic machines. Both the S30 and S15 provide a variety of milk and chocolate-based recipes perfect for independent retailers.
Representing La Cimbali’s traditional machines, the M100 Attiva will be present with the Elective grinder. An official coffee specialist, from Gruppo Cimbali’s Mumac Academy, will be demonstrating the machine’s principal features and benefits.
Of the events planned, the Turbosteam presentation, will reveal the relationship between emulsion of milk and classic espresso-based menu items such as Cappuccino, Americano, Flat White, and Caffe Latte, and how these types of emulsion can be achieved.
Furthermore, the coffee specialist will explain how to receive the best results in the cup by using a plant-based milk option.
Ultimately, a demonstration on how temperature impacts coffee extraction will take place. La Cimbali’s M100 performance on coffee extraction exceeds expectations in the accuracy in repeatability essential to maintaining a high-standard service.
