The Hemro Group announces that Eldom Coffee Technologies AG and Ditting Maschinen AG will merge into one company effective 1 July 2015. From this date, there will be only one company: Ditting Maschinen AG. Ditting Maschinen AG will take over all legal rights and signs responsible as the legal successor for all legal obligations of Eldom Coffee Technologies AG.
