Egg coffee recipe 1
This is a basic egg coffee-making method, not fishy and quite fast so you can apply it easily every day.
Raw materials need to be prepared
- 15gm of coffee powder.
- 700ml of boiling water.
- 2 egg yolks.
- About 45ml of condensed milk (may vary depending on taste).
Steps to follow
- Pour all the condensed milk you prepare into the glass. You can add more or less depending on the taste.
- Separate 2 egg yolks and place in a glass with condensed milk and mix the two ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
- Add coffee powder to the filter and pour boiling water to make coffee.
- After that stir the coffee with egg and condensed milk with the help of a spoon and enjoy the delicious taste of the coffee.
Egg coffee recipe 2 (Coffee with Honey)
This method includes more honey and vanilla so it is suitable for those who like the sweet taste and still need caffeine to be more alert.
Raw materials need to be prepared
- Coffee powder.
- 1 egg yolk.
- 15ml of condensed milk.
- About 7ml of organic honey.
- About 1ml of vanilla extract.
- About 60ml of boiling water.
Steps to follow
- Take coffee so that the amount of coffee accounts for half a cup.
- Use another glass to mix vanilla, honey and egg yolks until the mixture is smooth.
- Add about 60ml of boiling water to the glass and use a whisk to beat slowly. Keep beating until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Once the mixture has been flaked, add the condensed milk.
- Slowly pour the freshly brewed coffee into a glass. If done right, you will find the coffee has three beautiful layers (A layer of honey, vanilla, egg on the bottom, coffee in the middle and foam on the top.)
- Use a straw to enjoy the coffee.

The way to make egg coffee is very flexible so you can reduce all ingredients according to your wish.
Raw materials need to be prepared
- 35gm of coffee powder.
- 4gm of sugar.
- 3 egg yolks.
- A pinch of salt.
- Spices you like are cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla, butter, coconut oil.
Steps to follow
- Mix about 350ml of coffee.
- Separate egg yolks.
- Add freshly brewed coffee and egg yolks to the blender.
- Shake gently to blend evenly.
- Add sugar and a pinch of salt to taste. You can also add your favourite seasonings like cinnamon or vanilla.
- Press the mixture for a few more seconds to get the coffee evenly.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.

The following way to make an egg coffee helps you make the most of the egg white without wasting the part of it as the above formulas.
Raw materials need to be prepared
- 1 whole egg.
- 20gm of coffee powder.
- 400ml of boiling water.
- 200ml of cold water.
Steps to follow
- Pour 60ml of cold water, 20gm of coffee powder and an egg into a bowl. You can mix all the ingredients together until it gets smooth.
- Pour 400ml of boiling water into the pot and add the egg with coffee mixture. Boil gently for 3-5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, add 100ml of cold water to the pot and leave it for 2 minutes.
- Take out the floating coffee beans on the glass of water and filter the coffee once to completely remove the residue.
- Enjoy hot or cold coffee however you like.
