The Ècaffè line includes a wide range of blends:
– Cremoso – Caffè Crema, with the full and rich aroma of the pure Arabica from Central and South America and with a soft, velvety crema.
– Prezioso – pure Arabica espresso with the full taste of Central/South American and African coffees and with elegant and intense aromatic notes in cup.
– Armonioso Fairtrade – balanced espresso from a precious mixture of the most valuable qualities of Arabica and Robusta. The Fairtrade mark guarantees it is certified according to Fair Trade standards.
– Morbido – blend of the best Arabica and Robusta origins; it produces an espresso with a round, harmonious taste. Tasteful just as it is, perfect as a base for cappuccinos and other coffee-based drinks.
– Intenso – South American Arabica blend with a part of Indian Robusta, which enriches its tone and personality. The espresso has got a round, velvety taste; ideal in the morning and after meals.
– Corposo – Asian Robusta blend with a strong and sharp character, sweetened by the presence of the Arabica, which exalts its fragrance. It gives the right energy.
– Delicato – decaf espresso with a full, velvety taste that preserves the intense coffee aroma; to be tasted in any moment.
Foreign customers often ask for “longer” preparations: the American Arabica Original coffee blend meets their requests at best, giving a long, light pleasure to be sipped.
4_Caffitaly / The shops network
The pilot selling point opened in 2011 in Riccione, Italy: its success allowed the diffusion of Caffitaly System Shops, dedicated to Caffitaly’s world – from blends to machines, from the wide range of capsules for tea, herb tea and other beverages to the accessories, such as the handy Buongiorno milk frother, cup sets, cups, cup holders and maintenance products.
They are simply and linearly furnished, characterized by wide light-wood shelves where the various products are displayed. The staff has been trained on products and is therefore able to answer any question posed by the customers and to best orient them in the whole product range, as well as to provide them with advice on the most correct use and maintenance of machines, which only require a periodic cleaning with a limescale remover.
The Caffitaly System Shop network now includes selling points in Bologna, Gaggio Montano (BO), Riccione (RN), Modena, La Spezia, Pistoia, Milan (2 shops), Pavullo nel Frignano (MO), Rimini and Lugano (Switzerland). 5_Caffitaly / Ricola’s signature taste
“Real” and natural tastes are increasingly sought for both at home and in bars and restaurants. This is why Caffitaly is exclusive distributor of Ricola herb tea capsules in Italy: warming, refreshing and relaxing drinks.
The range includes four products:
– Lemon Balm tea: the effective ingredients of lemon balm make this tea ideal for a refreshing, pleasant and relaxing break. The tea provides a pleasant sensation of relief with a long-lasting, full-aroma taste.

6/ Caffitaly: Caffita and Saeco take Caffitaly System technology into the vending machine sector
At Caffita’s booth (HOST Pavilion 9, Booth S16-T23), a new application of Caffitaly System capsules for commercial use is being presented. The application will make it possible to open new distribution channels and further develop the portioned coffee business.
The new Atlante 700 vending machine by Saeco will be showcased, equipped with Caffitaly System capsule management and extraction system. This free-standing vending machine for hot beverages has a very generous capacity (up to 700 glasses) and can thus meet the needs of medium- and high-consuming locations.
