MILAN (Italy) – Perfect Grinding System (PGS) automatically ensures consistent perfect grinding. The PGS – fitted on a selection of superautomatic machines such as the Cimbali S54 (picture) and Faema X54 – ensures continuous grinding, thus reducing or minimising any need for adjustments.
While the coffee is being delivered, the machine constantly monitors delivery parameters and automatically implements any adjustments to the grinding process or grind doses, ensuring best quality in the cup.
Perfect grinding is guaranteed on traditional coffee machines by means of Bluetooth technology.
Combining one of the latest coffee machines (M100 traditional thermal system, M39TE, Emblema, Teorema) with a wireless grinder-doser, allows the latter to continuously communicate with the machine and thus monitor that suitable extraction is occurring and, should this not be the case, to automatically adjust grinding or doses without any need for intervention by the user.
