SALERNO, Italy – In a record-breaking edition with an increase in attendance of 23,4% compared to 2015 and a total average of nearly 190000 between visitors and buyers from 177 different nations, Trucillo also enjoys the triumph and quantifies its success.
Coming back from Host Milano 2017, the world’s most important biennial for Hospitality and Catering sectors, it’s time to evaluate the experience and draw some conclusions for the company from Salerno.
Trucillo has also been able to bring its name and products to the top at the most important trade fairs, Host leader among them.
Attracting the public was the new Trucillo’s concept Bar, a real experiential path which has proposed the two souls of the company from Salerno: Espresso Bar on one hand and Brew Bar, with its mono-origin drip coffee, on the other.
A twofold offer which follows what is the trend of the moment around the world and it’s also coming to Italy in small steps.
Someone who knows something about this is Caffè Trucillo, historic producer from Salerno with an important spread on local territory and a growing share of export.
Well, transforming emotions into numbers is not easy but it definitely quantifies and underlines the sense of this great success.
The Bar double proposal has distributed a total of about 5000 espresso and coffee brewing cups in five days with a broad consensus in terms of quality product and professionalism of the Trucillo team.
The most represented countries among the visitors were China, the USA and the Middle East in addition to the Europeans.
The Middle East, together with Asia, is the market on which Trucillo will shortly appear: Shanghai and Riyadh, the new fair destinations in November and the new challenges to be complemented to those already in progress.
