MILAN – During HOST, Rancilio Group will welcome visitors to its Coffee House. This open stand is a place for sharing, set up around a fig tree, the symbol of our Coffeeing the World campaign.
It is an interactive space with a bar, an Extraction Lab, a tasting lounge, a meeting area and a dramatic backdrop for our exhibition showcasing the whole range of products.
At the Coffee House, Rancilio Group will be presenting the world previews of the new Rancilio and Egro products set to further enrich the range of traditional and fully automatic coffee machines on offer.
The new Rancilio machine will make its debut to the press and visitors to HOST on Sunday 22 October. A coffee machine developed by the Rancilio R&D department in collaboration with a team of coffee industry experts and MOMO Design.
A machine created to raise the quality of the coffee and the barista’s creativity to new heights, blending the most high-tech features with authentic manual dexterity.
Egro NEXT, the new frontier in fully automatic coffee machines. Easy to use thanks to its interface based on the Android system and available with a range of new options, Egro Next is the ideal solution in any type of location, from hotels to convenience stores.
In addition to the latest products, Rancilio Group is organising and promoting a series of events designed for coffee lovers and professionals.
From Friday 20 to Sunday 22 Rancilio Group is staging a Latte Art competition in collaboration with Pietro Vannelli, Italian Champion of Latte Art 2015.
With 3 personalised, limited-edition Silvia machines to be won, this prize competition is a celebration of the Rancilio Silvia twenty years on from its launch on the market.
Both visitors and roasters can take part in the Extraction Lab, an interactive workshop where it will be possible to discover the secrets of coffee extraction with the Rancilio Coffee Competence team, testing out the various brewing systems, from the Classe 11 with Xcelsius technology to the Leva, all the while tasting top-of-the-range coffee blends.
The Coffee House will host some of the Umami Coffee Camp workshops with the participation of the very best SCA-approved instructors.
As main sponsor, Rancilio Group will also be part of the TrisMoka Milano Latte Art Challenge event and of the fifth edition of the Gran Premio della Caffetteria.
