MILAN, Italy – All Horeca sectors will be present at the 43rd edition of HostMilano, which will be held from 13 to 17 October: Professional Foodservice, Bakery, Pizza, Pasta, Coffee, Tea, Bar, Coffee-making Machinery, Vending, Gelato & Pastry, Furnishings, Technologies and Tableware.

Now, more than ever, operators in the hospitality sector all need to look ahead, to the future, something that HostMilano, the leading international fair of out-of-home eating, Horeca and Retail has always done.

And, after the remarkable success of the 42nd edition that took place as a live event last October, the wheels of the HostMilano “machine” have started turning again ready to attract to the halls of Rho Fiera all the world’s key players in the professional hospitality sector for the 43rd edition, to be held at Fieramilano from 13 to 17 October 2023.

An unmissable event that will once again attract to the Lombardy capital city the entire Horeca universe from all four corners of the world, from Professional Foodservice to Bakery, Pizza and Pasta; and from Coffee, Tea, Bar, Coffee-making Machinery and Vending (including the historic Fair International Coffee Show, SIC) to Gelato and Pastry, Furnishings, Technologies and Tableware.

HostMilano: A global hub for equipment

HostMilano has long been a privileged observation point, and that was clearly seen at the Rho trade fair last October. During the five days in which the fair takes place, leading firms from the various sectors can benefit from the business opportunities that are created, while hundreds of buyers and visitors from all over the world get the chance to see at close quarters all the latest product and service innovations and to discover the trends that will shape the hospitality sector in the years to come.

It really is an equipment hub, as the figures for the 2021 made clear: 1,344 exhibitors filled the busy halls with their stands, and 433 of them came from a total of 43 foreign countries (32% of exhibitors were from outside Italy). The most numerous delegations were from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North and South America and Africa, with many top buyers present as a result of the partnerships they had signed with the most authoritative trade associations, both Italian and international.

The crowning glory in all of this was the fact that, by way of exception, the two trade fairs HostMilano and TUTTOFOOD were held simultaneously. Together they attracted over 150,000 professional visitors: a presence that exceeded all expectations.
