The purpose of this Circular is to remind Members and their clients of the new location for the Cocoa and Coffee Grading rooms (first notified in Circular 15/174 dated 19 August 2015) and to notify of changes to the reporting of grading activity and certified stock levels.

Effective Tuesday 29 September 2015, ICE Futures Europe will publish the cocoa and coffee certified ‘Stock Figures’ report on a daily basis (currently published bi-weekly).
Details of cocoa grading activity can be found in the ‘Daily Grading Overview’. A version of this report for coffee will follow in the coming months.
Grading Rooms re-location
The re-location of Cocoa and Coffee grading to Basildon is now complete and the Whitechapel site closed on 28 September 2015. All samples for grading should be delivered to the Basildon site at this address:
