LONDON, UK – At its 115th Session in Milan, Italy, the International Coffee Council adopted Resolution 457 which calls for a Strategic Review of the activities undertaken by the International Coffee Organization.
The ICO (in the picture ICO’s executive director Robério Oliveira Silva) invites members of the coffee community to contribute to the future of the Organization by taking an online survey, available in the four languages of the ICO (English, Spanish, French or Portuguese).

The purpose of the Strategic Review is to assess the strategic focus and priorities of the Organization and their implementation in order to propose areas for improvement.
Responding to the survey will take only 10 to 15 minutes of your time. Your answers are confidential and will be used to identify trends that will inform the second part of the consultation process. Deadline for completing the survey is Wednesday, 8 June 2016.
