RIMINI, Italy — IEG – Italian Exhibition Group‘s Out of Home boasts a highly integrated calendar with a well-targeted offer for each community. With its Food&Beverage Network (Sigep, Sigep China, A.B. Tech Expo, Beer&Food Attraction, BBTech Expo, Cosmofood) the exhibition and congress group is the partner of reference for the foodservice industry on a global scale.

In fact, IEG can boast a synergic offer of events in several venues that are able to involve targeted sectors of exhibitors, visitors and stakeholders.

An authentic privileged platform for business and networking that becomes an exclusive hub for all non-domestic foodservice operators. By way of reminder, Italy ranks first in Europe for quality catering and sixth in the world with a rebound of 14.5% on 2020 and a generated value of 31 billion euros (Source: Foodservice Market Monitor by Deloitte).

In Vicenza from 6-9 November with Cosmofood

The first step of IEG’s Food & Beverage Network will be Cosmofood, the trade show specifically for OUT of Home in the Triveneto region, to be held in Vicenza from 6th to 9th November. The event will take advantage of the opportunities offered by IEG’s integrated portfolio, such as partnerships with UCV – Unione Cuochi del Veneto (Union of Veneto Chefs), which is part of the Federazione Italiana Cuochi (Italian Chefs Federation), and with CAST Alimenti.

The new collaboration with NIP Food (National Italian Pizza Chefs) will be making its debut with pizza joining the macro sectors already in attendance, from artisan gelato to coffee and beer, the latter with the involvement of Unionbirrai. The Beer Village, a new exhibition area for craft breweries, will also feature at the show. Among Cosmofood’s partners is Bargionale.

The fact that IEG is able to ‘play’ at several venues will link Cosmofood with national events at Beer&Food Attraction 2023. One example is the Lady Chef of Veneto and Best Trainee competition, in partnership with the UCV in the “Cosmofood Arena”, the winners of which will go on to compete in Rimini in 2023.
