Created by the University of Coffee in collaboration with illy experts and exclusively for illy single-brand stores in Italy and around the world, Strawberry Kiss offers an irresistible fusion of flavors and aromas, delivering an innovative taste experience that transports you to a vibrant, fun, and refreshing atmosphere.
This new recipe, featuring the original Cold Brew Flat, is elevated by the intense, enveloping flavor of strawberries combined with sugar syrup and the invigorating freshness of lime and mint.
Strawberry Kiss by illycaffè invites consumers to customize their experience: by blending strawberry puree with Cold Brew, a visually stunning effect occurs, infusing the drink with an intense touch of red.
Adding to the exclusivity of this offering is a special serving experience available only at illy points of sale in Monte Napoleone Milano and Giardini Reali Venezia, where, exclusively with table service, the recipe is accompanied by a delightful chocolate macaron and a dollop of whipped cream.
But that’s not all: the recipe can also be easily recreated at home. Simply pour 35 ml of canned Cold Brew into a pre-chilled glass; blend 50 g of fresh strawberries, 10 ml of sugar syrup, and an ice cube; combine the blended ingredients with Cold Brew, and finally, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, grated lime, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
