OCCHIOBELLO, Rovigo (Italy) – It is with pride and satisfaction that IMF announces the achievement of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, an important acknowledgement proving the quality of the company entire process – from design to production of coffee roasters and complete processing plants.
Since its foundation in 1994, the Occhiobello-based company stood out for the its roaster machines technology, both for industrial models and smaller capacity specialty roasters, with the mission to provide customized innovative solutions for the coffee industry.
The exponential development over the past decadey, together with constant investments in R&D, led the company to improve its organization level and internal procedures, in a natural process towards certification.
Vladimiro Boschi, IMF Quality Manager, explains: “The progressive revenue growth and the increase in employees number throughout different areas led IMF to an important choice: the certification program. The “common language” at the service of internal processes and protocols allowed us to achieve the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification by KIWA CERMET Italia S.p.A.”
The achievement of this objective enables the company to increase the attention to its customers, with an ameliorative approach from design to after-sales support, and even more control over the quality of its processes. “Another important step towards continuous business improvement,” concludes Boschi “to demonstrate the commitment and cooperation of every single professional figure at IMF”.
