OCCHIOBELLO (Italy) – After the great success of the 2022 edition in Milan, IMF heads to Athens for the 2023 World of Coffee edition, to be held at Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos”, from June 22nd to 24th. An always increasing number of companies are approaching roasting to internalize the process in order to become autonomous, given the advantages associated with quality assurance and production control, largely overcoming the initial investments.
Having become more and more a reference point in the sector, IMF bears particular attention to the needs of smaller customers as well as specialty and micro roasteries.
The Coffee Specialty world is increasingly recognizing the potential of IMF, whose machines present a sophisticated control system that allows to refine and perfectionate the roasting process, meeting all the needs, related to high-end coffees, more difficult to treat.
Characterized by a particular thermodynamic cycle that allows the recovery and recirculation of clean hot air, IMF roasters ensure energy saving, sensitivity in the treatment of raw material and production reliability, ideal for installations in urban contexts where restrictions are more binding.
A specific integrated software allows the management and continuous control of process variables, such as temperatures, air volume and drum rotation speed, thus ensuring the perfect repeatability of the roasting profiles during the work shifts.
Meet the company specialists at World of Coffee in Athens. IMF looks forward to seeing you at its stand #3-C40 from 22 to 24 June. For more information about IMF click here.
