EMMERICH AM RHEIN – Probat, world market leader for roasting machinery and plants for the coffee and food processing industry, presents new and subsequently advanced products such as a new grinder for standard products with a very high operating capacity during the Interpack in Düsseldorf from May 8-14.

The completely new developed two-stage grinder UW 1500.2 is particularly suitable for grinding of filter coffee- and espresso products.

Due to its solid, high-quality construction and its easy access for cleaning- and maintenance purposes, the grinder persuades with high availability at consistently good grinding results.

A modern control system with a clear visualization enables a comfortable handling of the versatile functions of the UW 1500.2.

Also Probat`s roasting systems play a role during this year´s Interpack, the world`s biggest trade fair for the packaging industry and all related process technologies.

They are demonstrated by means of three-dimensional animations, which give an insight into the process technology of the individual roasting machines.

The concept of the tangential roaster Jupiter Hybrid, for instance, will be visual-ized this way at the Probat booth.

The new plant control system from the Pilot Plant series, comprising numerous functions for improv-ing ease of operation, speed and controlling rounds the show presence of the Emmerich-based plant and machinery manufacturer off.

Wizards for facilitating production-related data entry and for con-necting overlapping ERP-systems with the plant control system for more efficient processes, are part of the new Pilot Plant Control, just to mention a few; it also features an improved data management system with an export function for generating comprehensive statistics and analyses.
