TRIESTE, Italy – Out of the creative force that women always succeed in expressing, the new website of Amigos Caffè, www.amigoscaffe.com, was born. Enthusiastically, the website tells the story of the company, a story that for the last forty years has been one of coffee, of passion, and above all of family.

The Trieste-based coffee roasting company, founded in 1980 by Severino Mingardi, is headed today by three generations of women.

Arianna Mingardi runs the company, and is flanked by her husband Claudio Pribetic, in charge of quality and production; by her mother Maria Sincovich, in charge of sales; and by her daughters Gloria—a recent addition to the food safety department—and Nicole Pribetic, an invaluable asset where fairs are concerned.

A family approach has always been one of the company’s main strengths—and its proudest value.

So much so, that it has influenced the company’s sales strategies, which are carefully tailored to its customers’ tastes, particularly in the Central and Eastern European areas.

The recipes of our unique blends are the result of a customized selection made for each type of product,” explains Arianna Mingardi.

A similar principle has fueled our desire to translate this same setup into a new way of communicating online: therefore, together with the agency Espresso Comunicazione, we have created a non-standard, custom-made website, which highlights our history and shows how important human relationships have always been for us.

The section devoted to the company’s products is especially rich: every type of coffee is examined, from the point of view of both its organoleptic characteristics and its intended market; a similar intention prompted the company to have the web pages translated into six different languages.

This section will be linked to an e-commerce application that will be operative in the next weeks.

The Facebook page, too, has been carefully revised in order to bring our company closer to its public, both locally and abroad, through frequent communications that employ a warm, informal tone.

Several posts tell the story of Amigos’ presence within the Trieste distribution network, and of the family’s continuous effort to ensure a diversified product on the European market.

As crowning jewel of these articulated communications activities, a company video has been produced which traces the history of Amigos from its founding to the present day, illustrating its main production techniques and the individuals who contribute to its growth on a daily basis.

The video is available on YouTube and on the new website.
