MILAN – Autogrill S.p.A. announces its financial disclosures calendar for 2015, indicating when the Company’s accounts will be examined and approved by Board of Directors and Shareholders’ assembly.
- March 12, 2015: draft financial statements of Autogrill S.p.A. and consolidated financial statements of Autogrill Group as of 31 December 2014*.
- May 12, 2015: report on first quarter to March 31, 2015*. May 28, 2015: Shareholders’ meeting to approve 2014 financial statements of Autogrill S.p.A. (Single call)***.
- July 31, 2015: financial report on 1st half period, as of June 30, 2015**.
- November 12, 2015: report on third quarter to September 30, 2015**.
* The 2014 results will be commented by the Group’s top management during a meeting organized for the financial community.
** The interim results will be commented in a conference call with the financial community.
*** Possible ex-dividend period: June 2015.
