RIMINI (Italy) – Italian insurance-finance group SACE, Sistema Leader, a company specialized in financial advisory focused on the gelato and coffee trades,
and leading Italian expo centre Rimini Fiera recently signed an agreement to support the wide SISTEMA SIGEP project, a platform for the internationalization of artisan gelato, confectionery and coffee enterprises, putting a ample range of integrated services at their disposal to boost their competitiveness and growth capacity abroad.
While there is already a busy domestic market – almost 30,000 artisan enterprises specialized in gelato trading in Italy – export has still to a great extent to be explored, with excellent prospects not only in a European context, but also in the USA, Australia and the Far East. To take the right steps abroad, it is of fundamental importance to identify the appropriate targets and the necessary means for supporting a strategy of sustainable growth.
Thanks to the agreement, SACE, in cooperation with Sistema Leader and Rimini Fiera, will thus ensure facilitated access to its insurance-financial products and will reserve a series of technical assistance initiatives, including the consultancy of its experts in Italy to all the trade’s enterprises, particularly those exhibiting at SIGEP, the huge annual expo event dedicated to companies in the confectionery and gelato trades, being held at Rimini Fiera from January 18th to 22nd January 2014.
As well as protecting them from the risks to which they are exposed when trading abroad, the SACE group’s products enable enterprises to improve their management of cash flow and liquid assets, obtain financing more easily and participate in international tenders with all the necessary requisites.
