The result will be a fascinating combination: the creams made by the teams of the countries taking part in the Gelato World Cup with the chosen coffee.
This Award is promoted in collaboration with SCAE – Speciality Coffee Association of Europe. A specialist panel of judges, the members of which will include the current champion gelato artisan Leonardo Ceschin, will elect the best Affogato.
The first three classified will receive prizes for a total of 1,000 euros.
Not to mention another highly qualifying aspect, i.e. the related culture. The Educational Area foresees a training program to promote the culture of coffee thanks to meetings with internationally famous teachers.
