TOKYO, Japan – Itochu Corp., one of Japan’s biggest trading houses, said on Monday it has agreed to buy a nearly 20 percent stake in a new joint venture with American privately-owned cocoa trader and processor Transmar Group, marking its entering into the chocolate market.
