GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG – IVS Group informs that, considering the pandemic of Covid-19 and the restricting measures adopted by the Government in terms of physical meetings and people gathering, the Annual General Meeting of IVS Group, formerly scheduled on 12 May 2020, has been postponed to 18 June 2020, which will allow the company to implement the various measures provided for by the regulations and ensure an efficient participation of the shareholders to the AGM.
Information on the procedures and contents of the Annual General Meeting will be provided in future communications.
