The Executive Director is pleased to announce the return of Japan as a Member of the International Coffee Organization. The Japanese Government deposited the instrument of accession on 23 July 2015.
The Executive Director is also pleased to inform that the Colombian Ambassador, His Excellency Mr Néstor Osorio, deposited an instrument of ratification this afternoon, 22 July 2015. Accordingly, Colombia has now completed membership procedures of the ICA 2007.
