MELBOURNE, Australia – Jura Australia is introducing the new and improved Z8 fully automatic coffee machine featuring a sophisticated 3mm aluminium frame design, JURA’s new Professional Aroma Grinder, two fluid systems, a zero energy and power switch, plus their smart connect supplied as standard.
The enhancements to the already popular and award-winning Z8 make it even easier to use and offers 21 coffee specialities at the touch of a button, or smart device.

Key features of the new Jura Z8 include:
- The new Professional Aroma Grinder guaranteeing 12.2%* more aroma and consistently high grind quality so that flavours unfold to perfection.
- Creations with milk and milk foam are easy to prepare using fine foam technology by simply touching the precise, 4.3” high-resolution colour touchscreen display.
Two pumps and two heating systems allow the coffee and milk to be prepared in parallel, creating the perfect café au lait in the cup.
- Equipped with Smart Connect, the Z8 can also be controlled via voice command with smartphones, tablets or even an Apple Watch with the free JURA Operating Experience (J.O.E.®) coffee app.
- Eight different specialities can be selected simply by touching the start screen, and a total of 21 programmable specialities are available.
- The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®) ensures the optimum extraction time for short specialities such as ristretto and espresso.
- The Z8 is crafted from high-quality materials with painstaking attention to detail. The front and top sections are made of 3-millimetre-thick aluminium, with the grooved water tank and chrome-plated coffee spout accentuate the sculptural design.
