Because the beans have been under-roasted, white coffee has a lighter taste than traditional coffee and is described as both neutral and nutty. Montgomery explains, “The trend is actually white coffee now. And Baristas was actually able to capture this special white coffee in a K-cup. This K-cup is compatible to Keurig 2.0, so whoever has a Keurig brewing system can enjoy it anywhere.”
