Nicolas Bernadi, CEO of La Boulangerie de San Francisco, has hired Gabriel Moreno as senior director of retail, according to a press release.
“La Boulangerie has unparalleled food and coffee offerings with serious potential for growth,” said Moreno, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in quick-service, fast casual and full-service restaurants. He most recently served as regional director of operations for Which Wich Superior Sandwiches.
“I couldn’t be more excited to join the brand at such an important time in the development process.”
Gabriel’s track record in enhancing operations and customer service culture will be instrumental in building the chain’s bench strength, exceeding revenue targets and achieving operational excellence, Bernadi said in the release.
