SCARPERIA, Italy – La Marzocco is excited to announce it has hosted 43 candidates at its home in Scarperia for the first ever La Marzocco Career Camp, a 2-day on-site interdepartmental recruiting program and adventurous experience for all those involved.
Tents were set outside the factory for all those who came from the other end of the world, whether it be Seattle, Melbourne or Athens… each with a dream of working in the specialty coffee industry at La Marzocco.
After sharing the “Career Camp job post” a few months ago, and after having screened almost 600 resumés, the 43 candidates made it to our facilities for a one-of-a-kind event.
Not only did the participants go through interviews and focus groups with the Management team or HR experts; they also took coffee classes, factory tours, and were part of engaging workshops to experience and enjoy all that is La Marzocco.
