The so-called “Ashoka Day” organized by Contamina & La Marzoco for the off-site Tuscan Stand for EXPO2015, held talks and interactive sessions about coffee and brewing methods, with a focus on the origins of the Ashoka blend … and – when it comes to espresso equipment for your personal experience – on the Linea Mini.
From tasting gourmet coffees with Sandro Bonacchi, coffee expert and owner of Oriental Caffè, and Patrick Sinapi of Bix Cafe, to a sensorial workshop with La Marzocco’s coffee expert Enrico Wurm, to enjoying the beautiful venue itself lit by the sunshine and smiles of enthusiastic people and friends, the Milan-located event for Regione Toscana really proved to be “amazing”.
