SCARPERIA, Florence, Italy – Europe is getting ready for the 2019 Internorga taking place in Hamburg, March 15th-19th. The tradeshow, well known for upcoming trends and products in hospitality, foodservice and gastronomy, will be the next top location to present the newest La Marzocco machine – KB90 – designed for ultimate work flow.
The KB90 allows for more efficient drink production, while reducing strain, and increasing the quality of coffee service. Designed specifically to better service in the highest volume cafes, La Marzocco has redesigned the portafilter system to improve workflow efficiency and to reduce the wrist strain of the user.
Efficiency can also be increased thanks to Steam Flush: after each extraction, a burst of steam from the grouphead is followed by a flush of hot water, keeping the machine clean even in the busiest rush hours.
This innovative function minimizes off flavored buildup, and increases the time between having to clean the group.
The KB90 allows for a new level of expression in espresso machine design with Internorga fair serving as the perfect place to present its new features, not only to the German coffee industry but to partners and customers from all over the world coming to explore state of the art technology in coffee and in the F&B scene.
To ensure the display of the ideal product for all kinds of visitors, La Marzocco will also bring, alongside the KB90, the Modbar AV for espresso brewing, the newest version of the Modbar Steam module, plus the professional-grade Strada AV and Home models – all to be explored at the signature booth B3.205.
Lastly, the team will celebrate the annual Internorga event by inviting local and international friends and customers to the showroom of reseller Espresso Prego for community time – and a feast – on Saturday, March 16th.
