FLORENCE – La Marzocco – leader in the manufacture of professional espresso machines handmade-in-Florence, is exhibiting at the 38th edition of SIGEP through a rich, versatile program of coffee experiences.
SIGEP is the international exhibition dedicated to the professionals operating in the ice cream, pastry, bakery and coffee sector, that will be launching in Rimini from the 21st to the 25th of January.
La Marzocco will take part in the event at the very heart of the exhibition venue (South Hall – booth # 021_A), a privileged meeting place for industry professionals and coffee enthusiasts, where visitors will have the opportunity to experience high-end espresso machines, engage in interactive workshops and participate in the Latte Art competition.
The Florentine company will be sharing the design of its latest artisan coffee machines, including the ultimate Strada AV, award-winning product within the industry (Cafe Life Award) which will be premiering in Rimini with innovative Auto Brew Ratio (integrated scales), auto-volumetric technology and high “Performance Touch Steam Wands.
Additionally, the Linea Mini – a restyled classic machine designed for home baristas and coffee enthusiasts – will serve as the ideal platform for the Latte Art competition.
On occasion of SIGEP, La Marzocco will be showcasing the first Italian edition of the True Artisan Café – a pop-up rotating roaster and coffee shop format – all dedicated to Italy and to excellence, in collaboration with: Sevengrams, L’Art Caffe, Barbarossa, Bugan Coffee Lab, Caffettin, Coffeel, Cofficina, Diemme Caffè, Ditta Artigianale, Edo Quarta, Gardelli Specialty Coffees, Caffè Goppion, Caffè Lelli, Little Bean, Microtorrefazione, Mokarico, Omkafe, Caffè Pascucci, Perfero, Piansa, Le Piantagioni del Caffe, RossoEspresso, Trinci Caffè, Caffè Vescovi, Granonero Caffè, Caffè Caroli and Golden Brasil.
All SIGEP visitors will be invited to be part of the Latte Art Competition, consisting in Latte Art performances and photo shoots, from which the competitor will have the chance to gain a Linea Mini and experiment on it at home, based on the highest number of votes (likes) received on La Marzocco’s social media channels by February 1st 2017 at noon (GMT+1).
The La Marzocco space will be displaying the ground-breaking Strada EP espresso machine featuring pressure profiling technology as well as the Modbar, exhibiting an alternative coffee brewing and equipment design concept.
In between the many coffee experiences, there will be music, ice cream tastings and signature foosball games by La Marzocco to entertain the audience during all five days of the Rimini trade-show.
