FLORENCE, Italy – La Marzocco, a Florentine company leader in espresso machine innovation and design since 1927, came in first place in the ranking of the Best Workplaces for Blue Collar 2023, conducted by Great Place to Work Italia. The renowned agency for culture auditing and surveys, has been rewarding on a yearly basis, companies that excell in workplace quality and in production departments.

La Marzocco, which has been recognized amongst the Best Workplaces in Italy for the second year in a row, placed first in the Blue Collar category thanks to the care and commitment towards its members and the creation of experiences and environments designed to develop people potential, a sense of teamwork and belonging.

In the past years, the company undertook an organizational change, rethinking the spaces, the workstations and the roles at the heart of the manufacturing organization, as well as introduced new production lines, while applying a lean method for more streamlined operations and efficient workflows.
